How would you like to get up close and personal with your favorite celebrities? Take a visit to Madame Tussaud's wax museum in the Venetian Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas and you might get your wish. Well, maybe not with the “real” celebrities but very close to them. These life-like statues take 6 months to a year to complete; they are made in the London studio then shipped to Las Vegas. The eyes alone take about 14 hours to make, even the teeth are exact, being that they take a mold of the celebrity’s teeth, everything has to be perfect. This is definitely an attraction that you absolutely don’t want to miss while visiting Vegas.

Hours of operation: Through Dec. 20, 2007, the museum is open Sunday - Thursday, 10 a.m. - 9 p.m. and Friday - Saturday, 10 a.m. - 10 p.m. From Dec. 21 - 29, hours are 10 a.m. - 11 p.m. daily.
