Get ready to take a magical journey aboard fantasy floats gliding above the crowd to an orchestration of music, dance and celebration! The Masquerade Show in the Sky features state-of-the-art floats that suspend from the ceiling above the casino floor. One of Vegas’ best free shows, the sky show takes place in the Masquerade Village, patterned after a northern Italian village, it features shops, restaurants and a wine cellar -- the party begins with a parade led by Rio Rita, with acrobats, mimes and the like -- a true party in which patrons mingle with performers. For just $12.95, patrons can get into costume and ride the floats. After meeting at the Masquerade Village's main stage, riders are led backstage and given beads and hats (including a souvenir medallion) before taking their spot on the floats.
