The Sirens of TI is a Battle Royale at Treasure Island
Customer Testimonial
"
Really entertaining show and the best thing is that it's free! Nice dance review, really. Plus, there's an awesome heat blast when they blow up the town.

This tour is FREE!
Summary
Features: Located outside the Treasure Island Hotel and Casino, the Sirens of TI is a free 18 minute show featuring an all out pirate brawl between mesmerizing temptresses and renegade pirates with an 88 foot-long sinking ship.
Why We Go: The Sirens of TI is an interesting and provocative scenerio of what would happen if the Pussycat Dolls ran into the Pirates of the Carribean on the high seas. This entertaining show puts you in the middle of a battle with cannons, fire, sword fights and risky high dives.
- It's Free: Many Las Vegas shows cost a pretty penny. Save a few bucks and let the Sirens of TI entertain you for free on the Strip.
- The Fireworks: As the theatrical battle is ending and the 135,000 pound ship is sinking, enjoy TI's colorful fireworks finale reminiscent of the 4th of July.
Inside Knowledge: The creator of "High School Musical", Kenny Ortega, also created and choreographed the Sirens of TI.
Do's and Don'ts:
- Do Get There Early: Considering the show is free, it tends to get very crowded. We recommend showing up outside Treasure Island about 30 minutes before showtime in order to get a decent view.
- Don't Take the Kids: With sexual innuendos and one ship filled with scantily-clad women, this production is probably not one to bring young children to.

Sirens of TI - If Michael Bay directed a free Vegas show, this is what it would look like
I didn't really have any intention of seeing the Sirens of TI, but after catching the Mirage Volcano eruption, I found myself in the area of Treasure Island as spectators began to stack around the entrance in hopes of getting a good view for this free show. Beer in hand, I figured, 'I'm here. It's starting soon. May as well stick around and find out what the hype is about...'
What I found out was that this show is pretty bad, even if it is free.
I won't bother going into much detail about the "plot" because, well, I was confused by it myself. Basically, a ship of hot girls has captured a hot guy from a ship of hot guys, and they're going to sink the hot guy ship by dancing and lip-syncing to some really atrocious songs. There's a lot of ladder climbing and pyrotechnics, followed by a "sinking ship" situation that I honestly didn't stick around long enough to find out the conclusion to. Yes - despite a running time of about 10 minutes, I was still inspired to leave early.
Still, I do have some good things to say about the Sirens of TI. The pyrotechnics are pretty cool, and at one point there are some serious flames that had my face feeling about 100 degrees warmer for a split second or two. The actors are beautiful, the dance moves are pretty racy for what I would consider to be a family show, and the sets are really intricate for a free show.
Which is why I was surprised that the actors were lip-syncing everything from lines to music numbers; the lack of synchronicity made the whole thing feel cheap and underwhelming. Overall, this show is pretty mindless and highly forgettable. I wouldn't recommend going out of your way to catch the Sirens, even if you do hear them singing your name from afar...

It's Vegas People
It's a cheesy free Las Vegas show. The pyrotechnics are decent...and they really do sink a pirate ship on Las Vegas Boulevard, so that was pretty impressive. If you do decide to go, get there early so that you get a good spot. You have to stand throughout the 20 minute performance, but plan on getting there 30 minutes early...that makes almost an hour of standing, so be prepared for that.

Not for everyone
The new show is nothing like the old show, but hey times change. It gets very very crowded and has alot of sexual overtones to it, not the best free show to catch in Vegas.

Tries to be sexy but only manages to be corny and embarrasingly insane
They are going for a sexier image than the old Priate Battle show but manage to miss the boat entirely. One would think that a pretty good and titalating show could be made from a swashbuckleing pirate theme. But unfortunately, when it comes to sexy TI has a tin ear.
This production is just plane bad. Sexy is good but I fail to find anything sexy about this mess. The only redeeming part are the special effects and sets left over from the original show. They just stuck some dopey looking horns on one ship and staffed it with a bunch of young men and the other with a bunch of young women trying in vain to "act sexy" The dialog is the worst. The story is stupid and the premise, well I cannot figure out what the premise is supposed to be.
If you go expecting a quality pirate show type production, you will be disappointed. If you go expecting to see hot looking Vegas Show girls you will also be disappointed. These girls look like high school students doing a skit for senior day. It is that bad.
Sexy and Vegas normally go hand in hand. That is what makes this abomination so pathetic. Vegas can do much better than this. Sexy? I doubt junior high males wold find this sexy.
