Summary
Features: Bringing the idea of the Chef's table to new heights, the Tuscany Kitchen in the Bellagio is a cooking exhibition experience where guests get to see the culinary process as Chefs and Sommeliers talk through the steps of preparing and serving food.
Why We Go: Usually we only get to experience the end result of culinary expertise, but at Tuscany Kitchen we go to experience the thought and creativity that goes in to what we eat.
- Master Chefs: The MGM Mirage lineup of Chef's reads like a who's who list of culinary masters, and depending on the menu, at least one or two of these Chefs will be showing their stuff at Tuscany Kitchen.
- Wine from the Source: Another unique feature of the Tuscany Kitchen is that the owners of vineyards are often invited to share about the wine that is served, which allows a unique perspective on the elixir of the gods.
Inside Knowledge: The Tuscany Kitchen currently only accepts reservations for groups of 15 or more, the experience has been specifically designed for large meeting or convention groups.
Do's and Don'ts:
- Do Buy the Video: Upon request, and for an extra fee, the cooking demonstrations at the Tuscany Kitchen can be taped so guests can take home a DVD of the demonstration.
- Don't Eat Before You Go: All of the food that the Chefs are making will be served to the guests, there's no need to have a meal before you go.

Best thrill ride in Vegas
This is the ultimate over the edge experience. There are 8 passengers to a car, the ride moves off of the observation deck of the 8th tallest building in the world and teeters you in mid air, just dangling, about 866 ft. You slowly go back and fourth from side to side and when you come to a stop at one side, you look over and it's like your floating in the sky, you don't see the track below you or anything. If you have a fear of heights, this ride is really not for you. Some people couldn't even look up from the sidewalk below, we had heard comments before we went up.
