Features: Open to the casino floor, Brand Steakhouse and Lounge at the Monte Carlo Hotel and Casino is a 5,000 square-foot restaurant and adjoining lounge providing a casual yet classy atmosphere with a cow-print ceiling, soft lighting and warm color scheme.
Why We Dine: Brand Steakhouse serves up a variety of perfectly cooked bone-in Nebraska steaks with a collection of home-made sauces as well as several tempting seafood, chicken and side dishes.
- The Lounge: On the weekends this modern steakhouse transforms from restaurant to lounge around 10:30pm creating a trendy evening hot-spot complete with a DJ, dance floor and specialty cocktails.
- Las Vegas Unplugged: Every Wednesday night Brand Steakhouse hosts a local band that performs an acoustic set live for the diner's enjoyment.
Inside Knowledge: Anton's Bone-In Ribeye is named after the CEO of the Monte Carlo because that is what he orders every time he dines at Brand Steakhouse.
We Recommend:
- King Crab Scampi: One of the menu highlights is the King Crab Scampi appetizer topped with a bacon scampi sauce served with a carmalized lemon and asparagus salad.
- Brand Steak for Six: If you can finish off this enormous 120 oz. Porterhouse all alone, it's free. It won't be easy though considering this ultimate piece of meat, served with potato au gratin and two signiture sauces, is meant for six people.
