Why We Dine: Fresh seafood is flown into Vegas and trucked over to Buzio's doors every day, which means that the menu is changing and adapting based on what's coming in; we love this aspect of Buzio's — never knowing which fresh fish we will find on the menu.
- Casual Upscale: Buzio's hasn't put a lot of time into a fancy design and decor, which keeps the restaurant's casual and laid-back vibe in tact.
- Wine Dinners: The restaurant features a few nights throughout the year that pair wines of a chosen vineyard with a six-course meal from Buzio's.
Inside Knowledge: A private dining room at Buzio's is available for private events and is able to accommodate up to 100 people.
