Why We Dine: We're usually not trumpeters of chain restaurants, especially if they come at a high price, but the Chart House has never let us down. The location inside the Golden Nugget adds to the restaurant's proven quality with an impressive decor.

  • The Surroundings: A beautiful aquarium, packed with exotic fish and coral is the centerpiece of the Chart House and makes for unique surroundings while you dine.
  • The Prices: Its upscale dining, so you're going to be paying more than you would in the food court, but unlike so many other fine dining establishments, the Chart House seems to have wine and entrees that aren't paired with inflated "Vegas prices". We love that we absolutely get what we pay for here.

Inside Knowledge: The bar area at the Chart House is snuggled up right next to the giant aquarium. It is the perfect place to get the best view of the tank or just to have a more casual dining experience.

We Recommend:

  • Filet Mignon with Bleu Cheese: This tender, prime cut of beef is topped with bleu cheese and an onion glaze... delicious!
