Why We Go: This sleek, intimate lounge is perfect for those who want a hip and trendy social environment but don't want all the craziness of a nightclub.

  • No Cover: With no line or wait to get in and no cover charge, Caramel will have you feeling invited and welcomed.
  • Specialty Martinis: Caramel offers a variety of specialty martinis but if you have to try one, order the Oreo shake martini. It's made with Bailey's, Dutch chocolate vodka, Godiva chocolate, crushed oreos and a splash of cream served with a chocolate chip cookie.

Inside Knowledge: The windows inside Caramel allow guests to view out on to the bustling casino floor but do not allow gamblers to see into the bar.
