Summary
Features: Coyote Ugly in the New York New York Hotel and Casino is a no frills, down to earth, Southern-style sultry saloon that serves beer and shots to thirsty partons rather that fancy cocktails.
Why We Go: Wild enough to inspire a movie which it is famous for, Coyote Ugly is exactly what you imagine it to be, a wild alcohol-fueled party with a rowdy crowd and hot females dancing on the bar.
- The Bar: Just like the movie, the infamous Coyote bartenders don't only pour shots but they provide entertainment too, with sexy dance routines on the bar. Free shots go to any girls who want to hop up on the bar and shake their stuff too.
- The Decor: Flags and bumper stickers line the walls while bras hang from the ceiling left behind over the years by drunk female guests, who apparently just can't keep their clothes on.
Inside Knowledge: Look out for guys by the escalator near Coyote Ugly that hand out free entry and line pass cards.
Do's and Don'ts:
- Do Play a Song on the Jukebox: There's no DJ at this hot spot. If you want to listen to your favorite band here just pick a song on Coyote Ugly's jukebox.
- Don't Miss the Gift Shop: Buy some Coyote Ugly gear including t-shirts and hats at the gift shop outside the bar Hollywood made famous.

Fun in the afternoon
We went in the afternoon to kill some time before dinner. We Had a blast. I'm thinking that the place gets super crowded at night but not sure. We got in with no problem or no cover charge, there again, it was early in the day. Drinks are not cheap (but where in Vegas are they?) if you want to experience a real cowboy bar with the atmosphere and all - without heading to the deep south for it, I would recommend checking this place out.

Vegas Club not what was expected
not what was expectedI expected to see high flyin bottles of liqueur goin everywhere, beautiful girls showing skills that only men used to have. There were girls dancing on the bar but not the bartenders. I got the impression that it was just a bar and not a nightclub. Sorry to say it was a disappointment.

Awesome Bar - Very similiar to the movie
This bar, and it is a bar, is really cool place to hang out. There were many hot girls dancing on the bar. The bartenders really get into the act. They will throw water, shout, and really keep the vibe flowing. I picked up one of those free passes, but they were really only half off. Which made entry $5. I would say its worth $5-10 to hang out for a while. When I was there I also saw a fight outside - Just like the movie! Great place for good times.
