Summary
Features: Located on the very top of the Palms Fantasy Tower, Moon Nightclub is drenched in chic decor and state-of-the-art technology that make it one of the classiest and coveted night spots in Las Vegas.
Why We Go: As a nightclub, Moon has the best views in Las Vegas, and we enjoy dancing the night away with the Vegas skyline in the background. Also, Moon is attached to the Playboy Club, and access to one gives you access to the other!
- Moon and Stars: Probably the coolest feature of any Vegas club, Moon has a retractable roof! It opens up over the dance floor and shows the night sky!
- Party Like a Playboy: We really enjoy that Moon is connected to the Playboy Club, this is a great place to sneak away to for a more low-key vibe.
Inside Knowledge: The cover charge gets you admission to Moon and the Playboy Club, which is just an escalator/floor away from Moon. One of the nice features is that you can go between the clubs throughout the night.
Do's and Don'ts:
- Do Take in the View: Whether it be from one of the outdoor patios, or from behind one of the windows inside the club, the view is seriously stunning.
- Don't Hang Out in the Playboy Club: Get a feel for it, check it out, and then move on to Moon, because that's where the real party is happening.

MOON which attaches to the PLAYBOY via escalators is also a nightclub with spectacular views of the city. There are two outdoor decks with seating. Again this is a dance club and the music can get very loud and quickly crowded on the weekends, if you are visiting or vacationing do it on a week night. Overall the experience was something to see and worth it as long as you don't mind the money, The roof was cool when it opened and the balcony was great.

Great Experience
Best view, Best music, Great vibe, etc. The first thing that stood out to me was how nice the staff was. All the employees including the bartenders were extremely nice and accommodating. They have two walkways on either side of the rectangle dance floor so you can get by without having to walk a maze around the dancers. Sound system was loud, but very clean and did not strain the ears. A must while in Vegas.
