- This is the second location of Fleur de Lys. The first one opened in 1986 in San Francisco, which Chef Hubert Keller opened with his wife Chantal Keller.
- The location in Mandalay Bay opened in 2004 alongside Chef Keller's other restaurant in the hotel, Burger Bar.
- Keller was born in Ribeauville, Alsace, France where by 16 he was training under some of the greatest French chefs including Paul Haeberlin and Paul Bocuse.
- Chef Keller has cooked for several United States Presidents and was the first guest chef invited to the White House to prepare a healthy and sophisticated menu for President Clinton and his family.

Why We Dine: Fleur de Lys takes French cuisine to new heights with a hip and trendy ambiance of sophistication and finesse. After watching Hubert Keller as a judge on Top Chef and a contestant on Top Chef Masters, reality television fans and foodies alike look forward to the chance of actually tasting his food instead of just watching it being served to someone else on TV.
- The Food: Try any of Chef Keller's excellent three, four or five course tasting menus or his famous Prime Filet Mignon topped with sauteed foie gras, black truffles and red wine essence. For all you herbivores out there, Fleur de Lys offers up one of the only Vegetarian Tasting Menu and Wine Pairings in all of Las Vegas.
- The Decor: This isn't your typical French restaurant. In the midst of 30-foot cultured stone walls, embossed wood ceilings and cabanas along the perimeter lies an intimate, posh lounge with a DJ spinning nightly.
Inside Knowledge: More than 3,000 fresh-cut pink roses dominate the wall of the main dining room, creating a live floral sculpture formed in the shape of a giant leaf.
We Recommend:
- Ordering Wine: A 12,000-bottle wine loft overlooks the main dining room and with that many wines to choose from, it would be very hard to not order some vino to pair with your delicious Surf and Turf.
- Pre-Ordering Desert: Chef Keller's Specialty Souffles are delicious, however they require about 25 minutes to prepare, so it's best to pre-order the souffles so they're ready when you finish your entree. Trust us, you won't be dissapointed.

Fleur de Lys Las Vegas - Review
Chef Hubert Keller at Fleur de Lys is doing a fantastic job on simple contemporary cuisine with a Mediterranean influence. I still remember an amazing experience dining at Fleur de Lys in San Francisco years ago when my husband took me on a date, and I like this restaurant too. The restaurant is elegant and romantic with artistic floral arrangement of rosebuds. It is only served dinner, offering three to five-course dinner as well as a la carte and accompanying by an extensive wine list. The food was delicious, especially the Fois Gras, wine pairing was prefect, and the service couldn't be better. Check out this awesome restaurant!

Fleur de Lys serves outstanding French food.
Service was great, not stuffy, attentive with good personality. Food was exceptional. Husband had a a wonderful beet salad that was by no means a traditional salad. BEAUTIFUL! I had the duck for my entree and it was cooked perfectly; tender and flavorful yet not overwhelming. Grand Mariner souffle is a must!
Wine list is extensive but provides very few inexpensive wines.
The dining room is small and inviting. Tables fill up quickly.
