Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Summary
Features: If you're looking for fun things to do in Las Vegas, you will find an abundance of them at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. It seems appropriate that a hotel that is rock-and-roll themed is also one of the wildest party hotels in Vegas. The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino is one of the hippest destinations for young people traveling to Las Vegas and looking to blow off some steam.
Why We Stay: With the constant action going on at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, you might not be using your room a lot—rooms which are excellent, by the way—but we have a list of the best ways to spend the time at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino outside of your room:
- Rehab: Hands-down one of the best pools in Las Vegas. With cocktails coming from bars surrounding the pool and a swim-up blackjack table, we'll wager that you'll be spending a lot of time at Rehab.
- The Joint: This is the marquee music venue at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, and it brings in the hottest headliners who tour Las Vegas. The best aspect is that you won't be swallowed up by an arena-like space, The Joint is a cozy venue.
- Body English: This club is the place to come after hours, it has retro-style, but DJ's spin the newest hits, as guests of the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino dance late into the night.
Inside Knowledge: There's not enough ways to tell you how hip the pool, Rehab, is at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. The vibe poolside is definitely closer to a club then a place to swim, so much so that the music playing outside the pool also plays through specially designed underwater speakers. Even when you hold your breath and take a dip, the groove goes on.
Do's and Don'ts:
- Do Eat at Nobu: One of the best sushi restaurants in Las Vegas, if you have any sort of affinity for fish in the raw, Nobu is a must.
- Do Come to Party: If you're looking for quaint rooms on quiet floors, this is not the place. A good majority of the guests at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino are in the festive spirit (read: loud).
- Don't Mess With the Minibar: Unless you're really going to purchase something, don't touch anything in the minibar, there is a built-in scale that automatically charges you if you take something.
- Don't Bring Your Family: Rock-and-Roll is loud and wild, and so is this hotel, it's a great place for young people, singles or couples, but not so much for kids and families.

Hard Rock Las Vegas - bachelorette party worthy
We went for one of my closet friend’s bachelorette parties. The place exceeded it’s reputation.
We were with a party of 9 girls so we made sure to get to the pool by 10:30 so we could sit together. You can send a few people to save chairs because by noon the place is jam packed. It’s worth it though; the pool is amazing. Real sand and you can hear music when you’re underwater. The people watching and mingling isn’t bad either.
The rooms are not as luxurious as other hotels and the place is a little off the strip but it doesn’t matter. There are so many beautiful young people and the vibe is incredible. We met the really cute guy lawn guy from Desperate Housewives.

AWESOME POOL!
We stayed at the Hard Rock for the pool. The pool has been rated one the top ten pool in Vegas - we had a great time and couldn't agree more. We rented a cabana for Monday for $100 well worth the money. We had a TV, frigde, safe, and excellent service. It was nice to have a place to get out of the hot sun. We highly recommend the pool!!!! If you are looking for a quite hotel go somewhere else the Hard Rock is not for you. But if want a fun place to hang out at the pool listen to good music then you might consider the Hard Rock.

The Hard Rock
Just returned from the Hardrock. We loved it. The casino is well ventilated and compared to Vegas and Atlantic City, it is virtually smoke free. The pool area is clean and really fun with the slide. The hotel staff is friendly and accommodating. The restaurants are plentiful and the food is great! The rooms were nice and clean. There is a comedy club, dance clubs, billiards and a lot of shops. There are also many restaurants, there was no problem parking with many spots available in several parking lots. We would recommend this hotel and look forward to going back next year.

Hard Rock Las Vegas - Not for everyone
Not for everyoneThe Hard Rock sort of caters to the younger crowd and a $150.00 night security deposit and a $7.00 a day resort fee, was a little much for me to grasp, the pool was awesome but the $18.00 Margaritas weren't worth it, all in all, the Hard Rock experience wasn't all that it was cracked up to be.

Go for Rehab, but earn it elsewhere
Go for Rehab, but earn it elsewhereRehab makes it worth it, but that's only on Sunday night. Otherwise the place feels a bit cramped and run down; very smoky. Non-smoking rooms get polluted from smoking rooms below, which really take away from the clean feel of the room.

Hard Rock Las Vegas - favorite pool in vegas
I have been to Vegas at least 15 times and the Hard Rock pool is still my favorite. Real sand, great music, swim up tables, swim up bar, etc. There are beautiful people everywhere and everyone is there to have fun. It's perfect for a bachelor or bachelorette party (tons of people under 35). Get there early (by 10am) or reserve a cabana if you are going with a big group. It gets crowded very fast.

Hard Rock las Vegas - Room is dated, Nightlife is killer
As one of my bucket list items, I want to stay at each of the major Las Vegas Hotels. This time, a bunch of friends and I stayed at the Hard Rock to see a Rugby Tournament which happened to be the host hotel. Compared to other Vegas hotels that I have stayed in, The Hard Rock is a bit off the strip and in my opinion, a tad bit worn down and old feeling. It wasn't a bad stay. The room was comfortable but if you are going to Vegas and really want that "wow" factor, I don't think you should stay here.
On the other hand, the nightlife is killer here. You've got some incredible options that people from the best of the best hotels come to the Hard Rock to experience. If you are into rock, Wasted Space is the place to be. If you aren't into rock, there are plenty of other places in the hotel that plays great music, crazy dance floors, and attracts beautiful people. Check out the pool bar for a really good show! (clothing must be optional lol)
