The suites here are absolutely gorgeous, huge rooms, plenty of space, very nice bathrooms. Very well kept, has 2 convenient restaurants and a cafe downstairs, plus a small shopping area. Each suite had 2 flat panel TVs. Very nice. And we were able to plug our iPod into the alarm clock to play music. Location was a little farther from the strip, but they have Monorail service to get to and from where you want and need to go.

The Las Vegas Hilton will get my business again.

My first time to stay at The Las Vegas Hilton was last week.  I stayed for two nights and was really impressed with this hotel.  When I first arrived, I was a bit disappointed that it was not within walking distance to the strip however, you can catch the monorail from the hotel for $5 and it goes right to all of the places that I wanted to go.

I got a really good deal on my room and it even included breakfast at the buffet.  I am definitely not the buffet type but I thought I would go and check it out regardless.  I was amazed at what they offered. Champagne brunch that included prime rib, steak & eggs, roasted turkey with all of the goodies, omelets made to order, every kind of breakfast item you could ever imagine, breads, muffins, donuts, desserts, desserts, and more desserts!  Best get there early because the line wraps all around the casino.

My room was exceptionally quiet with a nice view of a golf course. I was surprised to not find a coffee maker in the room but I guess that seems to be the norm for Las Vegas, or so I have been told.

I started out both of my nights by having a few drinks in the downstairs bar that is located in the area where the Star Trek ride used to be.  I had such a good laugh with the bartender.  He was a heck of a guy that has worked at the Hilton Las Vegas for 15 years.  I wish I remembered his name because I would have liked to have filled out a comment card at The Hilton commending him and his hard work.

For the price that I paid, The Las Vegas Hilton will get my business again.

Las Vegas Hilton Restaurants

Teru Sushi is one of the most highly regarded sushi restaurants in Las Vegas. Located in the Benihana Village at the Las Vegas Hilton Hotel and Casino, Teru Sushi has expert chefs creating innovative rolls with fresh fish flown in daily from around the world. Along with skillfully prepared sashimi, the restaurant's enchanting garden setting makes for quite the tranquil dining experience.

Situated in the Las Vegas Hilton Hotel and Casino, TJ's Steakhouse has been serving up perfectly prepared cuts of meat for well over a decade, making this one of Las Vegas' signiture steakhouses.

The favorites here tend to be the prime rib and the truffle mac and cheese, and we highly recommend both. With the large portions that TJ's is known for, no guest ever leaves hungry.

Situated in the Benihana Village at the Las Vegas Hilton Hotel and Casino, 888 Noodle Bar is an Asian restaurant specializing in their traditional Chinese take on pasta.

The kitchen provides as the center point of interest with an open area where guests can watch the chefs prepare all the tasty food. Get away from the stereotypical Chinese dishes and try 888 Noodle's Vietnamese pho, a noodle soup with beef, basil, lime, bean sprouts and peppers.

Las Vegas Hilton Pools

5

The bell-shaped pool at the Las Vegas Hilton, is in the middle of an unshaded deck that is nearly always awash with sunshine, and overlooks the Las Vegas Strip. In the middle of this gorgeous scenery are shaded gazebos and cabanas for sun weary pool-goers, and a good amount of lounge chairs ready to facilitate the tanning process.

During the summer, the Hilton Pool has a great happy hour that not only has reduced priced for food and beverages, but also hosts live bands who keep the spirit up poolside.
