Swimmer's Itch is a common parasite that can get under your skin from the hot spring waters, but it's not a serious condition. Be sure to use a towel to dry off well after exiting the waters in order to avoid it. If you can't avoid getting Swimmer's Itch, dab rubbing alcohol on the itchy or swollen areas.
