We stayed at this hotel last weekend for our wedding. We picked this hotel because it was cheap, but didn't expect it to be as awful as it was. We had 22 people with us so we booked 12 rooms - which you would think they would be happy to have us all there, not the case. I paid $20 to upgrade our room and we ended up having the same room as 4 other people we were with, who paid less than we did. I asked the person at the front desk about it and they couldn't have cared less and said that I could talk to the supervisor about it but that they probably wouldn't change our room or take away the fee. I walked away. A week before we were flying to Vegas, I called the hotel and told them that we had 24 people coming (including us) and asked if there was any sort of transportation or anything that they had to get us all from the airport to the hotel. I told them that I would be happy to pay for it. They told me no, their limos are reserved for the high rollers. Ok, I can handle that. I asked if we could have a limo to transport everyone to my wedding that was Saturday, again, no, you're not a high roller. So, I said ok, thanks and hung up. The beds are hard, the rooms smell funny and don't appear to be incredibly clean. There were no blankets on the beds, just double sheets. We asked for a King bed, and was told that they don't have King beds available. Really? I don't need 2 beds. I had to steal the double sheets off of the other queen sized bed in our room so i didn't freeze to death because the heater was less than adequate. The people at the front desk are rude and they don't seem happy to have a job, or your business. I told them we were getting married and I got a oh, that's nice. No congrats or anything. The casino is really smoky, not like the other casinos. There is an overwhelming smell of fake rose perfume that's in the entry way that made me want to gag everytime I came in the door. The nicest part of my trip was taking my bags to the holding area next to checkout. The men there were very nice and helpful. They put our bags on a cart and when we were ready to leave they brought our bags to the curb and hailed a taxi for us and loaded them. Checkout was a different story. The line is REALLY long and the people at the desk are still VERY rude.I will never stay at this hotel again. We spent most of our time in the other hotels on the strip and enjoyed every one of them. DON'T STAY HERE. IT IS AWFUL.
