Features: You won't find a lot of the frills at Hyakumi that you might at the other Sushi restaurants on the Strip, but you will find some of the best, freshest, and expertly-made rolls in Vegas, as Hyakumi is all about the sushi.
Why We Dine: Hand-rolled sushi, teppenyaki, sashimi, you can take your pick of the reasons why we put Hyakumi on the top of the list when we're in the mood for raw fish.
- Teppan Tables: We love watching the expert chefs at Hyakumi work their teppanyaki magic over the open flames.
- Asian Spirits: A huge selection of import Asian beers awaits you at Hyakumi, as well as an extensive sake menu to whet your whistle.
Inside Knowledge: Hyakumi has an amazing all-you-can-eat Sushi special during lunch: at $28 per person, you can fill up on as many rolls and appetizers as your heart desires during the lunch hours, we challenge you to find a better value anywhere on the Strip.
We Recommend:
- Sashimi: The sashimi is as fresh as it comes, and the chefs get out of the way in letting the fish stand out without dressing it up too much.
- Beef Teriyaki:Maybe an nontraditional choice in a sushi joint, but the beef teriyaki is an excellent teppanyaki choice at Hyakumi.

Re: Hyakumi
Phenomenal lunch here at Hyakumi Restaurant! Salmon sashimi and eel rolls are now my two favorite things in the whole world! The eel roll here is served warm which gives it a whole new taste! The salmon sashimi was so amazingly fresh that it just melted in my mouth. For traditional Japanese sushi, this place rocks!
Service was also excellent here. Our teas were refilled constantly and a dirty plate was never left sitting.
A+++++ for Hyakumi!!!
