Customer Testimonial
"
Entrees are priced below $20 and coupled with the high food quality, makes Isla is one of the best fine dining values on the Strip. Each main dish was unique, flavorful and well prepared. The service was attentive and relaxed. It's definitely a hidden gem among restaurants in Vegas. We will be coming back here again!

Summary
Features: Ever since its inception in 2004, Isla Mexican Kitchen in Treasure Island has been drawing crowds, flocking to see what all the buzz is about. With their flavorful menu and over 100 tequilas to taste, Isla Mexican Kitchen and Tequila Bar is the new king of Mexican food on the Strip.
Why We Dine: This chic and casually elegant space is the brainchild of award-winning designer Jeffery Beers, and is the perfect complement to their robust, modern Mexican dishes.
- Tequila Goddess: Look for this scantily-clad beauty wandering between tables during the Friday and Saturday dinner rush. The Tequila Goddess is an expert in all things tequila and can answer questions or recommend the perfect variety to suit your tastes. She can also mix you a Goddess Elixer Margarita table side for an earthly sum of $99.
- Chef Richard Sandoval: The world famous Mexican chef brings his Midas touch to Isla, creating a menu that brilliantly reflects his inventive style of gourmet Mexican dishes.
Inside Knowledge: Isla Mexican Kitchen won the Epicurean Award for "Best Mexican" in 2005 and 2007.
We Recommend:
- Isla's Famous Guacamole: Served Classic Mexico City style or Chipotle Adobo (with spiced pumpkin seeds), Isla's guacamole sets the tone for an amazing feast.
- Happy Hour: Every day until 6 p.m. in the Isla Lounge, this happy hour is something not to be missed. Before hitting the Strip, power up for a memorable evening with buy-one-get-one house margaritas, tequila shots, and draft beers!

Isla Mexican Kitchen
Fantastic! I came to Isla for a dinner party with a fixed menu and it was delicious. I can only imagine how wonderful the rest of the menu is! The service/staff was fun, engaging, and friendly. I came here for a business dinner and felt like I was enjoying a great night out!
Great margaritas! Yummy chips and salsa! Great location! When a restaurant has to deal with a group meal, usually the food and the service suffer....but, not at Isla Mexican Kitchen. They were on their game!

the chips and salsa....? the 3 types of salsa and the most addicting chips ever....? yes! it was perfect!!
the meal was ok...nice porportions, not too much food, but the chips and margs are worth the trip!!!

Re: Isla Mexican Kitchen
God only knows how 12 of us girls ended up here after drinking all day out at the Palazzo pool, but we did. And we were on a tequila shot mission! LOOK OUT!
We definitely came to the right place for tequila... the tequila bar was never-ending! They had everything from the basic Cuervo, all the way up to some of the smoothest tequila we had ever tasted, which was of course what we were drinking. If you're going to drink tequila, it better be high end!
Eventually, we all decided we better call it quits because we had a long night/weekend ahead of us. It was hard to leave this fun/friendly place but somehow, someway, we found ourselves back around the same time, the following day.
