Why We Dine: Guests with reservations are picked up in the signature complementary gold limousine and whisked away to The Mansion at MGM where they are given a tour and eventually wind up eating a world-class meal designed by celebrity Chef Joel Robuchon.
- The Decor: Guests are greeted with a black and white checkered marble entrance which leads to a black, beige and purple dining room with a stunning chandelier serving at an immense focal point. It is one of the most luxurious restaurants in all of Las Vegas.
- Chef Joel Robuchon: Given the incredible title "Chef of the Century," Joel Robuchon lives up to his reputation at his eponymous restaurant.

An Incredible Joel Robuchon Restaurant
Joel Robuchon according to many gourmets is the number one restaurant in the United States. Joel Robuchon is possibly the most famous chef in the world. His restaurant in Paris, Jamin was rated as the number one restaurant in the world by many chefs for many years. Joel Robuchon in the MGM Hotel is haut cuisine, very elegant, very classy, and very expensive. It is worth it, the experience is great. You want to be dressed well. The service is the definition of great service. The wine list is extensive with a very knowledgeable sommelier to guide you to what will please you. This is the best restaurant I have ever eaten at and also the most expensive. Have a lifetime experience, you deserve it.

First class and incredible 3+ hour dining that will worth your experience and money! Joel Robuchon at the Mansion MGM Grand offers four prix fixe a la carte menu, in addition to the 16-course tasting menu. We had the tasting menu, it was out of this world- dazzling from the beginning to the end, very memorable. They even offer limousine service to all guest reservations. But if you don't want to spend much, there's also a casual restaurant next door- L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon. Bon Apetit!!!
