Why We Go: This ultra-hip Asian Fusion restaurant and lounge duo offers some of the most fresh cuisine in Las Vegas including sushi rolls, tempura, fried rice, and Chinese and Thai main dishes.
- The Decor: Khotan's trendy, lounge-like setting is accented with dark, seductive lighting and decorated with a display of the largest private collection of jade and ivory antiques in the United States.
- The View: Not only does Khotan's outdoor patio have an amazing view of the Strip, but it also overlooks Treasure Island's famous Siren's Cove pirate show.
Inside Knowledge: The name Khotan is derived from the Kingdom of Khotan, an ancient Buddhist kingdom located on the Silk Road in present day China.
