Features: At Kristofer's Steakhouse in the Riviera Hotel and Casino, you will only find the best cuts of beef—served however you like it, and at a value that you won't find at many other Las Vegas steakhouses.

Why We Dine: Most steakhouses in Vegas will squeeze every nickel they can out of you by making each item a la carte, but at Kristofer's the generous prix fixe menu is comprehensive and affordable.

  • Old Charm: Maybe it's what you would expect from a restaurant in the Riviera, but this place emanates the Old Vegas style, and you won't find any upturned noses here.
  • Tasting Menu: The six-course tasting menu is a complete meal and more. Not only does it give you a taste of Kristofer's signature entrees, but also the salads, starters and desserts.

Inside Knowledge: If you come to Kristofer's with an empty stomach, or if you're ready to take on a huge piece of meat, then order the 20 ounce Porterhouse as the entree for your meal. If you're not full after this, than you must have a hole in your stomach.

  • Surf and Turf: A succulent lobster tail that comes with a petite filet mignon, this is truly the best of both worlds.
  • New York Cheesecake: There are a lot of good options for dessert, but the cheesecake is a favorite and always well-done.
