Las Vegas has become a destination locale for some the finest chefs in America, leading to a boom in fantastic Las Vegas restaurants. From 5-star fare to delicious dives and diners, every kind of Las Vegas visitor willbe pleased by the seemingly endless cuisine choices restaurants in Las Vegas offer. Some of our new fine dining favorites in Las Vegas include:
- Gordon Ramsay Steak: This brand-new Vegas restaurant at the Paris Hotel caught on so quickly that the (in)famous Ramsay was quickly lured into opening a second establishment at Caesars Palace. (Set to open in early-2013.) Ramsay's perfectionist-reputation is on display at Steak, as are some of the finest steaks and the most recent Hell's Kitchen winner, Christina Wilson.
- Bacchanal Buffet: Speaking of Caesars Palace, the newest and most buzzed-about restaurant on the Strip is, believe it or not, a buffet. The Bacchanal Buffet opened in September, 2012 to rave reviews and tons of foot traffic, proving the $17 million renovation - which includes all new employees, nine kitchens and a sparkling dining room - were worth the investment.
