Everything about Le Cirque is exceptional. Each dish was expertly prepared and artfully presented. Service is highly professional without being stuffy, and the views of the Bellagio fountain show are awesome.

Summary
Features: Le Cirque in The Bellagio is an upscale fine dining French restaurant with a colorful, circus themed design overlooking the Bellagio fountains.
Why We Dine: Le Cirque is a delicious four-star culinary experience of contemporary French cusine. It offers two different dining options in the midst of its vibrant, animated atmosphere, a prix fixe three-course dinner that includes a choice of appetizer, main course and dessert or a five-course degustation that changes nightly.
- The Ambiance: This intimate dining setting creates a blend of elegance and whimsical flair with a star-studded entry of polished woods and a colorful swooping silk-tented ceiling.
- The View: Le Cirque is perched up against an eight-acre lake containing the world famous Bellagio fountains, which have shows every 15 minutes giving you much more to enjoy then just the food.
Inside Knowledge: Take advantage of the sommeliers on staff that can advise you on which of their 900 international wines would best pair with each course.
We Recommend:
- Salade de Homard: The Classic Lobster Salad Appetizer with a Black Truffle Dressing.
- "Blanquette" de Lapin: A Rabbit Symphony: Ravioli, Roasted Loin, Braised Leg with Crispy Spaetzles and a Riesling Sauce.

Le Cirque
The Bellagio is a very elegant hotel, and Le Cirque is a perfect fit as it is a very elegant restaurant. From the second you enter the outer doors, as you come into the vestibule you well be impressed with the elegance. The decor is just class, from the wood and glass to the art work. The room is beautiful. The table settings are exquisite. The silverware, plates, the glasses are the best.
The service is not as arrogant as the Le Cirque in NY, but it feels a little too formal although it is very professional.
This a gourmet fine dinning restaurant is perfect for celebrating those special occasions that you want to remember. You will not be disappointed with the food. This is not high gourmet artistic food, but everything is of the highest quality.
Le Cirque is expensive, but you will leave satisfied feeling that you had a great experience.

Re: Le Cirque
Who spends $150 on just 3 drinks, 1 dessert, and 1 cheese plate? That would be me! I wanted to go here so badly and my two girlfriends that I was with wanted to go back to the hotel and call it the night. I got my way and felt obligated to treat. We ordered the 2 freddy drink specials and 1 champagne with raspberry puree, along with this amazing selection of sliced cheese, fig spread, champagne grapes, and candied ginger. Somehow talked them into one dessert to share which was this praline mousse thing that comes in a ball and you pour chocolate all over it. I was in heaven!!!!!!!
Great atmosphere and I'd love to go back sometime and try the lunch or dinner menu.
