Mandarin Oriental Las Vegas
The Mandarin Oriental Las Vegas Hotel is in many ways, the first "real" city hotel on the Las Vegas Strip. If you love Vegas but want a tranquil place to escape at the end of the night, or if you have to be in Vegas on business and want to stay somewhere that doesn't require you to cut through a smokey, stinky casino to get to your room, this place is for you.
This hotel has set a whole new standard of luxury and elegance. As with any new business, they do have their hiccups but are trying exceptionally hard to learn from them and obtain perfection.
The restaurant "MOzen" that is located on the premisis is an excellent, reasonably priced, casual place with an asian fusion flare. (try saying that 3 times fast)
It will be interesting to see how many other hotels pop up in the near future that try to compete and create the same truly modern luxurious feel that the Mandarin Oriental Hotel has.
