Michael Mina was our favorite LV Restaurant!
Our recent trip to Vegas consisted of shows, shopping, dining, and very little gambling. For the first time in many years, gambling was NOT our priority and it felt really good for a change. We were meeting some friends that happened to be staying at the Bellagio and stumbled upon Michael Mina and decided to check out their menu. It looked promising so we took a chance and made reservations for the four of us for and early dinner. We all decided to go with the Chef's Cookbook Menu with the wine pairing and it was unanimous...FABULOUS! The food was excellent, creative, well prepared, and the wait staff was attentive, knowledgeable yet not overbearing.
Michael Mina was by far, my favorite of all the LV restaurants that we tried which included Bouchon, Morels, Bartolotta Ristorante di Mare, and The Burger Bar. 5 Stars all the way for our fabulous dining experience!
