"
We walked into Mon Ami Gabi simply to eat on the terrace. We left thrilled with both the food and the experience. You get to see the world go by as you enjoy some outstanding french steaks.

Summary
Features: Reminiscent of a classic French bistro from the 1950's or 60's, Mon Ami Gabi in Paris Hotel and Casino serves up excellent French food with a wide variety of seafood and steaks.
Why We Dine: Refering to Chef and Owner Gabino Sotelino, Mon Ami Gabi is French for "My Friend Gabi." He is one of the most well-respected chef's in Las Vegas, a city known as being one of the best places for fine dining in the nation.
- The Location: Mon Ami Gabi has an amazing view, resting directly across from the beautiful Bellagio fountains. It is also one of the only restaurants in Vegas that sits at ground level outside on the Strip, perfect for people watching.
- The French Experience: Not only will you receive excellent French food, but you'll feel like you've transported to the streets of Paris with the classic French theme seen in the style of the chairs to the menu on the chalkboard to the airy atrium to the rolling wine cart.
Inside Knowledge: Although he commands one of the most popular French restaurants in Las Vegas, Head Chef Gabino Sotelino is actually from Spain.
We Recommend:
- Breakfast: Sit outside on the patio and start your day in the desert off right by enjoying a delicious French breakfast, which is offered everyday from 7am till 11am.
- The Onion Soup Au Gratin: This classic French soup is a favorite at Mon Ami Gabi. Begin your meal by ordering this very popular oven-baked French Onion Soup served with gruyere cheese.

Re: Mon Abi Gabi
We arrived to the hotel a bit earlier than expected and our room was not ready so we took the recommendation of having breakfast at the hotel restaurant, Mon Ami Gabi.
We sat outside and started off with the most wonderful mimosas made from freshly squeezed orange juice. We had told our server that we were in Vegas to get married and she really went out of her way to make our breakfast extra special. We were comp'd our first round of mimosas which was a nice touch. I don't know if they do that for everyone getting married but it sure did make us feel good. The two of us ordered the same thing...Eggs Benedict and it was "out of this world"! It was served with fresh fruit and a basket of french bread if desired.
This is an excellent restaurant with employees that work hard and seem to really love their jobs. The food is fabulous and the prices are moderate.
