Halloween in Las Vegas, could it get any better? Don’t think that it can’t get scary in Las Vegas? Well my friends, you’re wrong. There are plenty of spooky things to do while visiting Vegas during the bewitching month of October just read on and see.
Monster Mayhem has returned to Las Vegas this October and its back with a vengeance, ready to scare you to death.
Located along S. Las Vegas BLVD near sunset at the airport is the Town Square Mall parking lot is where all the scares and haunts begin, taking you through 3 complete haunted attractions, the Haunted Mansion, Morbid Clown Manor and a new attraction, the Aces and Eights Haunted Casino. The Boneyard, an above ground cemetery is just like the ones in New Orleans complete with ghouls, zombies and decaying corpses scary enough to make you jump right out of your skin.
Monster Mayhem begins October 13th and each house takes about 10 minutes to complete. Plan for at least an hour and a half to go through and also take in to account the time that you will be standing in line, plan for about a 2 ½ hour haunting.
If you’re feeling a little frisky for Halloween you can hit the Fetish & Fantasy Halloween Ball. The ball takes place at the Sport Center of Las Vegas and will have entertainment of all sorts including world class DJ’s 2 haunted houses, fire performers and stilt walkers, just to name a few. Costumes can range from the very naughty to all out scary.
The Adventure Dome at Circus Circus gets turned into the Fright Dome at Halloween time. This year enjoy a total of 5 Haunted Houses, live freak shows and rides galore.
Located inside of Puff Lounge is the Electro House of Horrors. They have a costume contest, entertainment by Sleazo the clown, live art by Rosedoll and ladies get in free providing they are in costume, not to mention 2 DJ’s that will be spinning scary tunes all night.
If you’re in Vegas with the kids, take them to the Haunted Harvest at the Springs Preserve. Enjoy the museums, a narrated haunted hayride, and “Safe Street” trick-or-treating. Creepy creatures in a spooky atmosphere, The Haunted harvest is for kids and adults of all ages.
If your into “haunting of the mind”, take a haunting journey into the mind of Criss Angel performing at the Luxor Hotel & Casino. Criss teams up with Cirque Du Soleil and performs stunning illusions along with heightened imagery, fantastical creatures and impossible feats, a show that only the talented illusionist can get away with.
