Why We Dine:  Phil's Italian Steakhouse offers the best of Steakhouse and Italian dining. So, should you choose between the Colorado raised filet mignon, or the homemade lasagna? At Phil's, you are sure to get prime cuts of meat and perfect Tuscan style pasta no matter which you choose. 

  • Custom Tasting Menus:  The custom tasting menus at Phil's Italian Steakhouse Las Vegas include smaller choices and multiple combinations of the chef's three favorite items.  Each custom menu includes an appetizer, entree and side dish.  The custom tasting menus are price fixed and usually average about thirty dollars.  Phil's tasting menus are a great option for not-so-hungry diners or for non-members of the clean plate club.  Sometimes a less is more.  
  • Lobster Ravioli:  The striped lobster ravioli is served with a rock shrimp vodka sauce.  If you love lobster and you love ravioli, this is the dish for you. 

Inside Knowledge:  An 18% service charge will be added to parties of 8 or more.

We Recommend:

  • Coco Puffs:  The coco puffs at Phil's Italian Steakhouse Las Vegas are not the kind you pour into a bowl and drown in milk.  Phil's coco puffs are dark chocolate beignets that are deep fried and dredged in rich coco and powdered sugar.  The chocolate beignets are then served warm over caramel chunk ice cream.  You will be cuckoo for these coco puffs.
  • Sauces and Toppers:  Phil's Italian Steakhouse Las Vegas serves some of the top sirloin on the strip, and topping off that top sirloin are great sauces and toppers.  Choose from a bernaise, an oscar style, a foie gras, a demi peppercorn, a blue cheese crust, and a shallot Cabernet.
