A Spacious Pool Complex at the Luxor Hotel and Casino
Customer Testimonial
"Pool area was spacious; we managed to find a couple free chairs at mid-day/early afternoon, and could comfortably relax in the pool and quickly get decent drinks from the pool bar."

Summary
Features: The pool complex at the Luxor can be found at the base of the hotel's glass pyramid, stretching underneath the walkway that leads to the Luxor's parking garage. Four pools and four jacuzzis await guests who visit.
Why We Go: We love the Egyptian motif at the Luxor, and we are appreciative that the motif extends to the pool area, where gentle streams of water flow from obelisks, and a mini ziggurat sits in the center of the complex.
- Choose Your Adventure: The four pools at the Luxor are spread out, but they are in easy walking distance of each other, and we like that we can choose which pool we want to hang out at based on our mood.
- Egyptian Bronze: There's an abundance of sun to be had at the Luxor, with no buildings obfuscating the rays, it is a great place to grab a chair and get a nice tan.
Inside Knowledge: As much sun as there is at the Luxor Pool, there is a conversely minimal amount of shade—there aren't a lot of trees around to block the sun, so if you're looking for a day in the shade, the best option would probably be to rent a cabana, which range from $200-$325 a day.

Great pool!
We stayed at the Luxor for a weekend, being there, we just had to use the pool. The five-acre pool area contains four pools!! They have misters to spray you down when the heart is unbearable, they had a beach shop there and it was a good thing, we needed sunblock as we had forgot to pack ours. You can rent comfy chairs by the pool for $30 for two chairs - all day - includes ice and bottled water - and an umbrella - highly recommend doing that though its annoying to have to pay more for better chairs,

Relaxing...nice change of pace
The pool at the Luxor is cleaned each day and the area is good for sunbathing. Changing facilities and toilets are clean. I suggest you grab the spaces at the far end away from the café. The café itself serves pretty good western Italian style meals – lasagna and pizzas at reasonable prices. The service is ok but can be slow, This is one place you will however be free from the “hassle” of Luxor life.
