A relaxing and romantic gondola ride reveals all the charm, excitement and passion that is Venice — and The Venetian. The half mile ride lasts 14 minutes and is an awesome way to get a vibrant view of the shops.
We took the indoor gondola ride. We were seated with another couple. We got a kick out of it, and I loved how beautiful the forum shop area looked. Our gondolier was comical and sang a couple of songs. They take a “professional” photo of you at the beginning and then try to sell it to you, the cheapest option being $20. We decided that the photo we took with our own camera came out much better and decided not to buy the professional one. The only complaint that I had was, it’s a bit short BUT having 10 minutes to escape the busy Vegas life and just drift in a boat while hearing wonderful Italian love songs was well worth it.

Beautiful ride through the waterways of the Venetian, the indoor “sky” is remarkable and the Gondoliers sing to you, my wife was very impressed with this and I think she may have been falling for the guy. It’s the closest thing to the real thing in Venice, they even sing in Italian and worth the $15 bucks. It was a relaxing experience away from the hustle and bustle.
