Nice but not great
Nice but not greatI Stayed at the Venetian recently and was a little disappointed. First I will tell the good things: the room was large, room service to the room was decent and came in a good time frame , the bathroom was huge and gorgeous, a spectacular setting to say the least .The Grand Canal shops were beautiful with the painted ceilings, hundreds of shops, gondola rides, very nice, now the bad points: it took forever to check in, the lobby area was chaotic and crowded, very little help upon arrival, The cab lines to go elsewhere were very very crowded and busy, restaurants were a little over-priced, ,not much in the way of entertainment, the view out of my room window overlooked a warehouse and construction site and I could hear the couple in the next room making love. I think next time will maybe I try somewhere else.

Decent
DecentI recently stayed at the Venetian for four nights. It's massive. The lobby and casino are beautiful. The pool is nice, Canyon Ranch spa is also a nice addition to their hotel. The rooms in the Venetian tower are large, but starting to show some wear from high use, the furniture is a little outdated. I expected a better room for the money I paid. Service was very good.

Venetian...NICE!
My friend and I just returned from our three night stay at the Venetian hotel and the place was huge! It was easy to get lost if you weren't paying attention to where you were going, but the place is NICE. The rooms were huge and beautiful. The bathroom was the size of a small hotel room all on its own. The remote drapes were awesome. If you are into nightclubs, Tao (inside Venetian) is okay. get your name on the guest list. It's the quickest and cheapest way to get into Tao. We got into the club almost immediately despite lines wrapped and extending into the hotel Canal shops. Drinks are high inside, but that's to be expected. On weekends the lines are VERY long for elevators. We waited 45 minutes once for an elevator. Tao Beach is the weekend pool hotpot so I'm sure that is why. All in all it was a nice trip.

Gorgeous, luxurious Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas
I loved this hotel. The lobby was breath-taking, and the rooms are big. I loved the large comfy beds, and our views were amazing. The pools & the spas are high class. Just pefect - cannot wait to go back!

Outstanding
This hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spectacular and big, with a bathroom fit for a king, large soaking tub, separate shower, big comfy robes and many bathroom perks...shampoo....soap..etc... The bed was huge and so comfortable. The restaurants are amazing, 20 to choose from, we ate at Emeril's Delmonico Steakhouse, the cuisine is AWESOME...and well worth the price too. The Grand Canal shoppes are beautiful and very relaxing to just sit there and watch the gondoliers stroll up and down the canal, the spa was also amazing, tao night club was nice to go and have a drink in and relax for a while. A return trip is in the making.

Venetian Hotel Las Vegas
Venetian is one of our all time favorite hotel besides the Bellagio. The rooms are great, very spacious. Highly recommend Bouchon and Wolfgang Puck's Posrio restaurants. Also there are many choices for shopping and great shows.

Re: The Venetian Hotel
After staying at the Tropicana on our first Vegas trip, we decided on the Venetian for this one. This was probably the nicest place I have ever stayed at. The suites are spacious, the bathrooms are phenomenal, and the beds are rockin! The casino is very large and very nice with games and entertainment for every style. The pools are sweet! "Tao beach" area is for those of us that like to get wild and crazy out by the pool in Vegas. There is also another pool area geared more towards families.
I am usually the type that likes to try a different hotel each time I visit a place but to be honest with you, we had such a good experience at The Venetian, we are going to bring our business back to this beautiful hotel!

Re: The Venetian Hotel
My review is about my stay at the Venetian...I was here for a trade show and let me tell yolu, it is NICE to stay at the hotel that the trade show is at.
The room I had was a large suite with a living area for working/relaxing. A large queen bed and a large bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. PLUS 3 TVs with one being in the bathroom. Imagine watching ESPN while taking a shower and/or shaving!
Granted this was a business trip and I probably would not want to pay what we did for a night on the strip during convention weekend but if money was no object, I would definitely stay here more often.
Also, Internet access is not free and Ia m a big believer in free Internet access to the guests staying in your hotel. Oh well, that was my only complaint.
Also knowing that if you walk outside the Venetian, you are in the middle of the strip and all that is happening.

Re: The Venetian Hotel
The rooms are absolutely beautiful (I especially loved the look of the bathroom) but the check-in line was way too long with too few employees working. You have to pay to use the fitness room, which is a really nice facility but I have never heard of paying for the use while staying at their property. This hotel is enormous and very easy to get lost. Service in the hotel was a bit impersonal. These are relatively minor squabbles but I would probably only stay here again if I got a great promo rate or was able to turn it in as a business expense.
