Pros: Spacious rooms
Cons: Small casino, gets crowded.....very crowded

Very clean hotel and big rooms, walls seemed paper thin though, the check-in-out was a mess, very crowded and the staff seemed shorted. The Casino is small and gets very crowded and the ventilation system could be upgraded. The pool area was also crowded and the staff was also short, my wife and I waited 15 minutes to get waited on, The restaurants were really good especially the Italian and Oriental restaurants, the buffet was pretty impressive also. Would we stay here again? I would check all other possibilities first, then if I HAD to go back, I would.

Pros: Rooms
Cons: Buffet was aa huge disappointment-Eat elsewhere.

The room was great and quiet with floor to floor windows. The great view I paid extra for was not available. The world famous buffet was not great. Only two live stations with soup being one of them in the summer was pretty lame. The floors in the buffet were a mess. But, everything else in the hotel was really fun. I would gamble somewhere else, because when we played at a non-Harrah's property we started winning finally. Stay for the rooms.
