Cirque du Soleil's "O" Las Vegas

Cirque du Solei is always impressive, but O is far better then any other Cirque production. I made the mistake of making O my first Cirque experience, because after it none of the other shows can compare. Every Cirque show is good in its own right, but O really takes the cake.

The whole show is based around a huge water tank where the cast performs in and around. I think the water tank is actually what makes the show so cool, because you can do tricks over water that you could not otherwise do. The divers were especially entertaining. They jump from unbelievable heights while doing incredible tricks. Half the time, people jump in the tank and you to never see them come back up.

The clowns provide some really great comic relief, so be sure to get there early so you don't miss the pre show. The artistic part of the show really is surreal. It takes you to another world that is bizarre but beautiful. The only negative thing would be that there is no real storyline. So a lot of the time your trying to figure out what's going on, but you can't cause a storyline doesn't really exist. So just try to not worry about the storyline so much.

The show really is great. I guarantee you will see things that you've never seen before and you'll have a wonderful time. It's by far, the best show on the Las Vegas Strip.
