The SKYLOFTS at MGM Grand Summary
Features: Guests staying in the Skylofts suites check in at a private registration on the 29th floor of the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino before settling in to one of the most luxurious rooms in Las Vegas. If you're looking for the ultimate Vegas luxury, consider dropping all you can on one of the 51 Skyloft suites.
Why We Stay: We could probably spend a lot of time listing amenities here -- and the Skylofts might have more than anywhere else -- but we'll keep it simple, we stay for the exquisite care and pomp provided to every guest.
- Your Own Staff: Aside from a private butler who can take care of anything you need, you'll also have the luxury of a private chauffeur to cart you around Vegas in a Maybach -- one of the nicest cars you'll ever sit in.
- Infinite Comfort: From in-room spa treatments, to one of the grandest views in Vegas, the Skylofts are stunning. But they've topped it all off with private infinity pools, and giant showers.
Inside Knowledge: The Skylofts policy forbids outside food and beverage, though the staff will happily chill your room-service leftovers and serve them to you later (if you're feeling frugal). However, if you aren't making a scene of it, bringing in some cheap booze isn't a problem, especially if your party is full of good tippers.
Do's and Don'ts:
- Do Welcome the Service: Be sure to tip well, these people are unpacking your bags, bringing complimentary drinks, pressing your clothes and will even bring you an extra television if the kids want to play video games.
- Don't Hold Back: At roughly $1,800 a night, it's a sure bet that you've either got enough to cover everything, or you're way over your budget. But don't pay for the room and feel like you've got to be in it 24/7. Enjoy Vegas, not just the MGM Grand.
