    Spago Las Vegas

It seems to me that the service at all Spago's are always nothing less than perfect.  I didn't have a lot of time between meetings but I knew that I would be able to get in and out and be thoroughly satisfied with my lunch.  the waiter was attentive and friendly which earned him a 25%  gratuity.

I've been on a low carb diet and decided to order the Roasted Salmon salad that had this incredible unagi sauce.  It was the perfect dish for a light and tasty lunch.

I am always pleased when I see a Spago's restaurant.  I am a huge fan of theirs and will continue to be because of their wonderful food, drinks, atmosphere and service.

    Spago

Spago is the most famous fine dinning restaurant in the history of Los Angeles and Wolfgang Puck the most famous chef in the history of Los Angeles is represented in Las Vegas by Spago.  Located in the beautiful indoor mall connected to  Caesars Palace.  Sitting on the outdoor patio you can imagine you are eating outside in a restaurant on the Via Veneto in Roma.  The people watching is captivating.  The food is very reasonably priced.  The menu has a wide range of choices from casual to gourmet, a fusion of Italian with American and French cuisine.  This restaurant delivers very good meals with quick service at value.

You will be able to eat here over and over and not get bored or fell ripped off.  Lunch, dinner, brunch or afternoon snack you will be very happy to add this to one of your favorite places.

The hotel itself boasts some of the most fabulous guest rooms and suites in the city, as well as big-screen worthy penthouses ala The Hangover and Rainman. The attention to detail is apparent at their stunning Spago restaurant and at nightlife hotspot Pure.

The sprawling grounds offers a plethora of choices from the huge Garden of the Gods pool complex to the Qua Baths and Spa.

Summary

Features: Spago's inconspicuous location amidst the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace might cause it to go unnoticed by the average passerby, but the educated Las Vegas diner knows that Spago bears the flag for culinary excellence in Las Vegas as one of the first and best fine dining restaurants in the city.

Why We Dine: We like having options, and that's why we like Spago—we're not just talking about options for ordering from Spago's diverse menu, but also the option to make reservations inside for the formal dining room, or dine casually on Spago's patio that spills into the Forum esplanade.

  • Wonderful Wolfgang: When the renowned culinary master, Wolfgang Puck, puts his mark on a restaurant, it automatically becomes a must visit.
  • Informal Dining: With the high-volume of traffic Spago gets from Forum Shop-Walkers, there isn't much of a dress code, and we're not too keen on formal and stuffy meals.

Inside Knowledge: The Spago cafe and dining room feature slightly different menus, the cafe's menu is lighter, and features pizzas, appetizers, and a few entrees, while the dining room menu has the full breadth of dishes that Spago has to offer.

We Recommend:

  • Free Range Chicken: The free-range chicken is one of the signature dishes at Spago, and has a very unique taste and texture.
  • Slice of Creativity: The pizzas that are served at Spago are some of the most creative pies you can find, we recommend trying the Lamb Chorizo Pizza.
