Features: STACK in the Mirage is the latest Las Vegas restaurant to embrace the appeal of small plates and sharable menu options. They also pride themselves in offering funky cocktails served by a young, beautiful staff.
Why We Dine: STACK is a beautiful marriage between a unique space and a quirky menu. Dining on STACK's contemporary classic creations in this modern canyon-esque space is on par with the level of sophistication you have come to expect from Vegas' premier restaurant group.
- Try it All: The servings are meant to be shared amongst friends; order a few to go around and satisfy the foodie within. Our favorites include: baked mac n' cheese, grilled meatball pizza and lobster tacos.
- Cayoneering: The stacked (now the name makes sense...) wood walls and ceiling create the experience of dining deep in the nearby Grand Canyon. Except there's no bugs and you're eating lobster, not granola.
Inside Knowledge: STACK is the brainchild of The Light Group, same restaurant group that brought us FIX at Bellagio and Union in the Aria.
We Recommend:
- Pigs in a Blanket: Most often found at cocktail parties and ballparks, these hearty little dogs are an excellent way to start your meal and come served with gourmet ketchup and mustard.
- Munchkin Holes: Probably STACK's most popular dessert, make sure you try the scrumptious mini-jelly donut holes served with vanilla and a chocolate dipping sauce.
