Features: Ten miles northwest of the Las Vegas Strip in the Summerlin area, the Suncoast Hotel and Casino stands out as a luxurious getaway from the normal Vegas action. Even away from the Strip, a myriad of entertainment and dining options are accompanied by elegant accommodations and all-night gaming.
All 426 rooms of the Suncoast come with plush amenities, while the entire 10th floor is comprised of guest suites, which range in size from 1,000 to 2,500 square feet, and feature separated rooms and living areas. Restaurants are also plentiful and luxurious, from the 24-hour Cafe Siena to the Oyster Bar.
Why We Stay: There are plenty of activities at the Suncoast, but at this hotel we like to get a little sporty. Sometimes that means hitting the nearby golf courses -- and the Suncoast is convenient for any travlers looking to get on the links.
- The 64-Lane Bowling Center: While bowling isn't considered a sport by some, we dare you to step into this giant auditorium of pins and bowling shoes and make such a claim. (They also host great night-bowling events).
- The Heated, Outdoor Pool: This is a great way to get a swim in -- it's rarely too crowded -- and enjoy the natural surroundings.
- 24-Hour Fitness Center: Cardio and weight training equipment is available for guests around the clock, and the best part is it's free. If the weather isn't great for a hike, try your luck here instead.
