In early stages known as the Lifestyle Hotel, The Harmon Hotel and Spa was designed by Lord Norman Foster & Partners as a non-gaming boutique hotel and will be operated by Andrew Sasson's The Light Group. Later named The Harmon Hotel, Spa & Residences, it was planned for an elliptical layout and is set to have a highly reflective exterior and located on the northeast corner of the project at the intersection of Las Vegas Boulevard South and Harmon Avenue.
