Palazzo Hotel Las Vegas Summary

Features: The Palazzo at the Venetian is one of the top hotels in Las Vegas. Located right in the middle of the Las Vegas Strip, the Palazzo can be found behind the Venetian Hotel and Casino, and offers guests access to the attractions that are found on either property. Luxury Vegas rooms and pampering are the norm here.

Why We Stay: Gushing with luxury, it's hard to even know where to start when describing the Palazzo Vegas, and for the best Las Vegas entertainment, you never even have to leave the property. Here are our favorite things to do at the Palazzo:

  • Canyon Ranch Spa: All of the best spa treatments are available here. There is also a salon and barber shop for those seeking a fresh new look.
  • PHANTOM: The popular Broadway show Phantom of the Opera gets the Vegas treatment at the Palazzo Las Vegas! Hurry up and see this Vegas show before it closes in September, 2012.
  • Location: Many of Las Vegas' best restaurants and entertainment are a short, covered walk away at the Venetian Resort!

Inside Knowledge: If you want to do some celebrity-sighting in Las Vegas, check out Lavo. The upscale restaurant overlooks the Las Vegas Strip, and after mealtime is over, Lavo turns into one of the hottest lounge nightclubs in Vegas.

Do's and Don'ts:

  • Do Gamble Here: With more floor space than any other building in the U.S., it's easy to like the casino floor at the hotel, which in addition to being large has vaulted ceilings that keep the air fresh.
  • Do Hang Out in Your Room: Of course we know that rooms in Vegas are seldom used for more than a few hours of sleep here and there, but the rooms at the Palazzo are so spacious and luxurious, that they are worth spending a little extra time in.
  • Don't Put Your Robe in With the Towels: A complimentary robe is one of the upscale perks at the Palazzo, but you only get one during your stay, so don't throw it in with the dirty towels, because housekeeping will take it without replacing it.

Palazzo Las Vegas - Prestige level at Palazzo

If you’re staying at the Palazzo, I recommend staying on the concierge level that is called Prestige.  It’s worth the extra money. Prestige from the start of our stay to the end will impress.

When checking in you can go straight to the 23rd floor.  Don’t bother waiting in the lines downstairs because the concierge level has it’s own check in with complimentary champagne.

The rooms are very modern with remote control window treatments.  When you arrive to your room be sure to call for the unpacking service.  You will also notice complimentary snacks, water and tea.

During your stay, take advantage of the complimentary breakfast and evening drinks and appetizers.  Finally when you check out use the Palazzo’s packing service and spend your time on more important things like playing another hand of black jack.  All of the little details at the Prestige level will just make your stay more memorable.

Nice.....;)

The room was nice with 3 tvs, nice bedding and a comfortable sectional couch and a step-down living room, the bathroom was very nice and had a flat screen TV in the one corner. The bedding for the sofa bed wasn't in the room and when we called to ask for it, it took over an hour for them to deliver it. Small casino, but we didn't gamble much so it was ok. The location is good, just across the street from the Fashion Show mall and Wynn and there's a walkway to both.

It was OK

This hotel is connected to the Venetian, but you have to walk all the way to the back of the casino floor of the Venetian or towards the end of the Grand Canal Shopps, if you choose to get there through Venetian. Our room was gorgeous with an awesome picturesque window overlooking a golf course with a Mountainous backdrop. The casino is large with an open feel. Smoke is fairly well handled and the dealers are friendly. Table stakes are pretty high, so bring a nice bankroll.

Beauty at it's best..

Breathtaking beauty at it's best. These suites are like model homes, everything is up to date and new. The view was magnificent and the staff was very friendly. The decor was out of this world.

Best hotel in Vega

Very classy, elegant hotel, friendly staff, top notch service. Clean rooms and awesome pool. The restaurants have some namesakes like Mario Batali and Wolfgang Puck and when we ordered room service, not only was it great, but it came in 30 minutes, the kinks still need ironed out because it's a new hotel, but it's such an excellent Hotel that all the amenities, restaurants, and perks, make up for it.

Elegant, yet comfortable hotel with AWESOME pools!

Sunbathers... the pools here are great! They have lounge shelves built into the ends of several of the pools just for the lounge chairs and side tables. So you can lay in your lounger and have your cold beverage near by, and stay cool. You are close to other casinos, in case you want to wonder out. The rooms were big, beautiful and very comfortable.

Palazzo Las Vegas - Feel like a King in Vegas at the Palazzo

This trip was my first time staying at the Palazzo, and I must say I was very impressed.  Every room in the hotel has a "suite" feel to it by having a sunken living room, and luxury furniture throughout.  We were in one of their less expensive rooms but it was still far and away much nicer than suites in other hotels I had stayed at before.  Service is great, the hotel is great with its attachment to the Venetian. I would definitely recommend the Palazzo Hotel to anyone.

Re: The Palazzo at the Venetian

Hands down The Palazzo is my favorite place to stay in Vegas. Our suite featured a sunken living room that was the perfect place to have a few cocktails prior to our big nights out on the strip.

There are several pools at this hotel and several more across the bridge at The Venetian which is all part of the same property.  While out relaxing in the sun, there was always a friendly pool attendant that came around to serve cocktails, snacks, lunch, and complimentary iced cold orange wedges and slices of cold cucumbers to soothe my sleep deprived eyes.  (I guess it was apparent that I really needed them, ugh!)

We got a really sweet deal for this really sweet hotel.  Can't wait to return!

Re: The Palazzo at the Venetian

In the past, when i visit Las Vegas, I have always stayed the MGM or at Madalay Bay. I wasn't the one planning this trip, my girlfriend was. A newly divorced gal that was determined to have a fabulous weekend in Vegas. Usually, i would have insisted on staying where i am familiar, but she's not had much of control in her life, so i agreed to allow her to plan the whole trip.

I am extremely happy to report that i will now add the Palazzo to my list of favorite places to stay in Las Vegas!

We stayed for 2 nights and had an absolutely wonderful and trouble-free, stress-free vacation. The staff was sooo helpful and kind. From the minute we checked in to the minute we checked out, everything went smooth and quick. The price was incrediably reasonable....especially for how lovely the room was. We upgraded to nicer room than was orginally booked. The bathroom in our room was extremely nice-amenities galore, remote everything, and even a TV in the bathroom too.

Palazzo Hotel Las Vegas Restaurants

The bath house themed LAVO in the Palazzo features one of the most unique design concepts and most innovative Italian menus on the Strip. As one of the newer hot spots in town, LAVO is fast earning a reputation for being a top spot for a night on the town. For sparkling views of the Strip, make sure to request patio seating in the heart of the action.

After dinner, diners receive comped admission to LAVO's pulsating nightclub for cocktails and dancing.

Celebrity chef Emeril Lagasse is one of America's most beloved chefs, we're even willing to forgive him for his brief foray into television sitcoms. Table 10 in the Palazzo showcases Lagasse's early New Orleans culinary roots with Cajun cuisine at its finest. Lobster dishes really shine, with varieties including a lobster pot pie and lobster mac & cheese. Pair your creole-style entree with a cocktail dreamed up by their famous mixologist.

The New York location was made famous on an episode of Sex and the City, and the new Sushi Samba in Las Vegas at the Palazzo is a testament to the fusion restaurant's staying power. A truly unique marriage of Japanese, Peruvian and Brazillian influences are reflected on the menu, which offers something for every palate.

Sushi Samba also hosts one of the city's most popular happy hours on Wednesdays called Sakeoke, featuring a mix of karaoke and discounted sake specials. And speaking of sake, Sushi Samba is also home to one of Las Vegas' only sake sommeliers.

For the highest quality Mexican food in Las Vegas, check out Dos Caminos in the Palazzo Hotel and Casino. This trendy restaurant serves up innovative south-of-the-border cuisine with a modern flair.

Known for their delicious made-to-order guacamole appetizer, Dos Caminos also serves up a mean ceviche and decadent enchiladas. As a celebrity hot spot, this dining scene caters to young socialites looking to dine in style before hitting up the club at night. The stylish dining room features hip music, seductive lighting and sleek decor.

Carnevino at the Plazzo perfectly combines fine steaks with an immaculate wine list.  The Carnevino team of eco-friendly experts works diligently to provide diners with the absolute highest standard of cuts, farm fresh produce, and authentic yet inventive recipes.  Guests will enjoy the elegant grand dining room, feeling like true royalty as incredibly flavorful steak and wine pairings are served table side.

Plazzo's Dal Toro represents all that is classy about Italy; fantastic fare, exotic cars and breathtaking architecture.  Dining here, guests are offered choice of indoor or outdoor patio seating amongst fresh flowers and gorgeous marble fountains from Italy.  The menu provides immaculate authentic dishes like paninis, seafood, veal, and pastas galore. Party sizes up to 800 guests can be accommodated at the luxurious Dal Toro Ristorante.

Palazzo Hotel Las Vegas Nightlife

40/40 at the Palazzo is the only venue in Vegas that fully embraces all of the great things that a sports bar has to offer, and then combines it with an upscale lounge feel. The club is the project of hip-hop mogul Jay-Z, and it's easy to see why the 40/40 is the kind of place where the rapper and his entourage would hang out.

Flatscreen TV's ubiquitously line the walls at 40/40, showing all different kinds of live sporting events, that can be watched from the comfort of stylish and comfortable loungers. Also, VIP rooms are a great option for groups looking to relax and have some fun.

Popular Vegas hot spot Lavo Las Vegas offers delicious Italian food, dancing and tasty drinks on the Vegas Strip. Brought to you by the creators of the iconic TAO Asian Bistro and TAO Nightclub, Lavo at the Palazzo is a premier nightclub, ultra lounge and Italian restaurant all in one venue. Reserve bottle service today!

Palazzo Hotel Las Vegas Pools

The Palazzo's pool deck is located on the third floor of the resort and offers a lush escape from the hustle and bustle of the Strip. Here you'll find seven pools, four jacuzzis, dozens of cabanas and a great poolside restaurant called Solaro from none other than Wolfgang Puck.

Pool loungers enjoy towel service, wading chaise lounges, drink service and a refreshing gelato stand. Escape to this Italian villa themed pool paradise at the Palazzo.
